One thought on “Umpawaug School House”

1. The recent reception at the Umpawaug School House, one of four (4) one room schoolhouses left in Connecticut was a great success. Residents from the area brought family and friends to inspect a school house that was built on this location the same year George Washington was elected our first president!
   The weather was more than cooperative (68 degrees) and refreshments were served to guests of the Redding Historical Society.
